1 Eligibility & Age Requirement

The following eligibility conditions must be met to open an account and use services on the ck322 platform:

• You must be at least 21 years old.
• You must provide a valid and active personal email address and mobile number.
• You must not reside in a jurisdiction where online gaming is declared fully illegal.
• Each individual may create only one account. Creating or using multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Accounts may not be opened in the name or identity of a third party.

ck322 reserves the right to verify the age and identity of any member. A copy of a national ID card, passport, or driving licence may be requested for verification.

2 Account Registration & Security

To open an account on ck322, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or misleading information may result in account termination and forfeiture of deposited funds.

2.1 Password & Login Security

• Your login credentials (email and password) must be kept completely confidential.
• You must not allow anyone else to use your account credentials.
• If you forget your password or suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately.
• You are solely responsible for all activities carried out on your account.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

ck322 reserves the right to carry out identity and address verification (Know Your Customer or KYC) for any member when required. Withdrawals may be temporarily paused during the verification process. Certain restrictions may be placed on an account if verification is not completed.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

3.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500, applicable across all payment methods.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are processed quickly. For bank transfers, major Bangladeshi banks (such as Dutch-Bangla, BRAC, and Islami Bank) can be used.
• Deposited funds must be sent from an account registered in the member's own name.
• Using third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 10–45 minutes.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until any bonus-related wagering requirements have been met.
• Withdrawals may be held if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used at the time of deposit.

3.3 Fraud & Suspicious Transactions

If ck322 believes that any transaction is fraudulent, related to money laundering, or linked to any other illegal activity, ck322 reserves the right to immediately suspend the account concerned and notify the relevant authorities.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period, wagering requirements, and list of eligible games — the terms stated in the relevant promotion apply.
• If bonus claims are made from multiple accounts within the same household or from the same IP address, both accounts may be closed.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• ck322 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.
• If misuse of bonus benefits is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

4.2 VIP Program

ck322's VIP program has three tiers. Tier is determined based on a member's activity and contributions:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Slots & Casino Games

• Game rules and payout details are described in full on each game's information page (Game Info/Help).
• If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical error, the bet for the incomplete round will be refunded.
• The rules of game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, Spribe, PG Soft, and others) apply during gameplay.

5.2 Sports Betting

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled; however, if the event is cancelled, the bet will be refunded.
• When placing bets on markets for cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports, the rules of the relevant market must be followed.
• Bets will be settled based on the outcome of the sporting event. In disputed cases, ck322's decision is final.
• If an exceptionally large amount is bet on a single event, ck322 reserves the right to set a maximum bet limit.

5.3 System or Software Errors

If a technical error in any game or betting software causes incorrect odds or prizes to be displayed, ck322 reserves the right to void the bet and withhold the associated winnings.

6 Prohibited Activities & Account Termination

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ck322 platform:

• Abusing bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
• Providing a fake identity, fake documents, or false information.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Using automated bots or software to conduct games or betting.
• Unauthorised access to or hacking of another member's account.
• Intentionally exploiting platform vulnerabilities or errors.
• Abusive or threatening behaviour towards casino staff.

If any of the above prohibited activities are proven, ck322 reserves the right to permanently close the account concerned, forfeit the balance, and take legal action.
